Service structure

 

Struktura serwisu podzielona jest na 4 główne segmenty, które kryją pod sobą rozbudowane narzędzia do prowadzenia stron internetowych.


Są to: Strony, Bloki, Witryny, Aranżacje. Każdy z tych elementów prowadzi do kolejnych funkcjonalności. Jakie możliwości konfiguracji oraz które elementy można dostosować do własnych potrzeb?

Strony

Ten sektor daje ogromne możliwości modyfikacji i indywidualnej konfiguracji poszczególnych elementów serwisu. Za jego pośrednictwem administrator oraz wszystkie uprawnione osoby otrzymują dostęp do następujących parametrów.

  • Panel główny - jest centralnym widokiem podczas edycji. Umożliwia przejście do poszczególnych narzędzi. Dzięki temu, że są zlokalizowane w jednym miejscu, można łatwo przemieszczać się pomiędzy nimi i dokonywać szybkich działań na różnych płaszczyznach.
  • Nawigowanie - analogicznie do panelu głównego ułatwia przemieszczanie się pomiędzy wybranymi funkcjami.
  • Główny interfejs - posiada funkcje ułatwiające korzystanie z generatora. Oznacza to, że za pomocą menu rozwijanego, zlokalizowanego po lewej stronie, użytkownik ma możliwość przetestowania wyglądu witryny w przypadku przyszłego wyświetlania jej na różnych urządzeniach mobilnych. Biorąc pod uwagę tendencje obecnego rynku internetowego, który coraz bardziej przenosi się na urządzenia mobilne, funkcja ta jest szczególnie istotna.
  • Zarządzanie regionami - umożliwia bezpośrednią edycję wybranych elementów strony. Zapewnia szybkie i sprawne zarządzanie poszczególnymi blokami.
  • Konfiguracja - służy do ustalenia parametrów oraz przeznaczenia danego elementu strony (artykułu podstrony itp.).
  • Metadane – to jeden z najważniejszych parametrów. Umożliwia optymalizację oraz właściwe pozycjonowanie strony. Szczególnie istotny parametr z punktu widzenia marketingu internetowego.
  • Parametry strony - służą do zarządzania artykułami na stronie.
  • Poziom i zakres uprawnień - ten sektor pozwala na precyzowanie, jakie czynności mogą być wykonywane przez poszczególne osoby z dostępem do panelu strony. Określa także jakie dane mogą zobaczyć tylko upoważnieni.

Bloki

Sekcja stworzona do zarządzania poszczególnymi blokami. Dzięki wbudowanej wyszukiwarce praca na określonych elementach strony jest znacznie ułatwiona. Umożliwia ona m.in.:

  • filtrowanie za sprawą rodzaju systemu,
  • filtrowanie wpisów ze względu na wykorzystywany język,
  • ograniczenie bloków do tych, które przynależą do określonego ich rodzaju.

Każdy z bloków można dowolnie modyfikować pod dany portal. Możliwe jest dodawanie kolejnych elementów, szybkie usuwanie czy modyfikacje w obrębie jednego wybranego elementu, lub kilku na raz (z tego samego rodzaju).

Aranżacje i witryny

To miejsce, w którym można sprawdzić układ oraz zobaczyć wizualizację tworzonej, czy edytowanej strony, jeszcze przed publikacją. Graficzny interfejs pozwala na modyfikacje z bieżącym podglądem zmian. Aranżacje oferują możliwość edycji układu regionów w ramach widoku. Wprowadzane zmiany są natychmiast zatwierdzane po wybraniu odpowiedniej wartości.

System Edito CMS przewiduje opcje posiadania wielu witryn jednocześnie, a ta sekcja służy zarządzaniu nimi. Umożliwia m.in. szybką zmianę statusu wybranej witryny. Oczywiście, tak jak na każdym poziomie, można też je edytować oraz dowolnie dodawać i usuwać.

Sektor ten posiada również funkcje do zarządzania Metadanymi oraz uprawnieniami. Dzięki nim otrzymujemy możliwość optymalizacji i skutecznej pracy na portalach internetowych.
